When will my order arrive?

All of our coffees are roasted and freshly ground to order. Our goal is to ship out all coffee orders within 2 to 4 business days.

Our Drinkwares and Accessories products are all Print On Demand. Those are printed as ordered and typically shipped out within 5 business days of ordering.

You will receive a Tracking # as soon as your order is produced and ready to ship.

Will I receive a tracking # for my order?

A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is marked as shipped and ready for pickup by the delivery service.

Do you only ship within the United States?

Yes, currently we only ship our coffees and other products within the United States.

We are working on being able to ship to Canada and other European countries in the very near future.

Do you offer a monthly coffee subscription plan?

We do have a Subscription Plan. You can find out more about it here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) as well as Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

Can I pick my order up in person?

Yes, if you are in the Columbus, Ohio area; we do have a location where you can pick up certain products.

If an item is available for local pickup, that will be notated in the Product Description and you can select Local Pickup during the Checkout Process.

What is your Return Policy?

Since we sell mostly perishable goods (coffee), unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

If there is an issue with a Drinkware or Accessory you ordered, see our Exchange Policy below.

Our goal is always for you to have a positive experience with Java Black Coffee Co., and would love to hear from you if it is not.

What is your Exchange Policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at BuyJavaBlackCoffee@gmail.com, with the Subject Line: EXCHANGE.

We will follow up to your email with instructions for the product exchange.

How should I store my coffee?

We recommend keeping our coffees in the supplied packaging or in a fully sealed, airtight container.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Do not refrigerate.

How long does coffee stay fresh?

Coffee tastes best from 2 to 10 days after roasting. When correctly stored, whole beans keep most of their flavor up to a month after roasting.

However, if properly stored (with degassed bag) whole beans can maintain their freshness for up to 6-9 months.

Once whole beans have been ground, they will retain less flavor/freshness and can become stale within a few days.
